Holiday Experience in Czech Republic

Several years ago I went on holidays to Czech Republic. I went there together with a good friend of mine. It was a short vacation but it was a perfect one. We went to Sumava National Park where there were many stables and horses, of course. Everyone who wished could take a horse and go riding. People also brought their horses with them there as it even was possible to accommodate a "room" for a horse in a stable. Everyday we went riding in different directions of the area. I should admit that the landscapes of the Bohemian forest and endless meadows are very beautiful and relaxing. More over, the area would be also very interesting for culture lovers as well. As for us, so not far from the River Metuje we visited old churches and castles that we liked a lot. There we felt as if we were home. Every day we went to a local quaint restaurant where we enjoyed delicious Czech national cuisine. On the whole, I liked the area so much that I even wanted to buy a small cottage in Czech Republic and stay there forever. But, unfortunately our vacation came to an end and we had to come back home.
